Barrett grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia, where years of athletics sparked lifelong interest in movement, recovery, and injury care. After graduating high school in 2014, he enrolled at the Atlanta School of Massage with a clear plan: become licensed, gain hands-on clinical experience, and eventually pursue physical therapy school. That path shaped a strong clinical and orthopedic approach to massage therapy early on—one that continues to set his work apart.

In 2020, Barrett earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of West Georgia. By that time, with five years of experience as a massage therapist, he realized his passion was already in his hands. He chose to forgo physical therapy school, commit fully to his practice, and eventually move out west.

Barrett has called Montana home since 2022 and has been practicing massage therapy for the last 12 years. He specializes in techniques designed to support athletic performance, injury recovery, deep relaxation, and long term relief—helping clients feel better in their body and move through life with less pain.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.

What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
